Refund Criteria

After registering, there is no refund if you decide not to work. When you register, we take projects based on your commitment. If you don’t work after that, the client won’t give us work again, and we end up losing that client because of your decision. However, if you make the payment and we are unable to give you any project — meaning we don’t receive the project from the client at that time — then we will provide a refund. Here is another situation where a refund may apply: suppose we talk to a client and they agree to pay us rs 140 per page, and based on that we tell you we will pay rs 120 per page, keeping a rs 20 margin. If we give you one or two projects, or even halfway through a project, the client suddenly stops providing us work for any reason, then we cannot give you further projects. So only in such cases, where the issue is on our side (client not giving work), we will issue a refund, because that is our fault — not yours.
