In such cases, machine-generated text often contains spacing issues, misread characters, incorrect punctuation, and alignment discrepancies.

To achieve complete accuracy, every line of text must be manually reviewed multiple times. This manual verification process is known as QC (Quality Checking). Our service specializes in performing multi-stage QC to ensure every page is as accurate as possible before final delivery.

How We Work — Step-by-Step Workflow

We follow a transparent, professional, and structured workflow to ensure the best possible output:

1. Project Assessment: We review your sample pages to determine text clarity, scan resolution, font type, and layout complexity.
2. Conversion or Manual Typing: Depending on the document condition, we either apply OCR or type the text manually.
3. Primary QC: The initial converted text is compared line-by-line with the source document.
4. Secondary QC: The file is reviewed again by a different person to catch overlooked errors.
5. Final QC Rounds: If required, two or more QC cycles are conducted until no further errors are detected.
6. Query Reporting: If any unclear characters, symbols, or spacing details arise, we record them in a query sheet and request clarification from the client.
7. Final Submission: Files are usually delivered in batches of 500 pages for large projects.

Terms and Conditions

1. If you send physical books, additional scanning and indexing charges will apply. If you provide scanned images, the resolution must be clear and readable.
2. We will not enhance or beautify formatting in Microsoft Word. Our focus is on text accuracy only.
3. If specific characters, quotation styles, or dash formats must be followed, instructions should be provided before QC begins.
4. In case of unclear symbols or characters, we will generate a query sheet. You must provide clarification for those entries.
5. If the image contains excessive spacing confusion, final spacing adjustments must be done by the client unless specific instructions are given beforehand.
6. Our pricing ranges between ₹50 to ₹100 per page, depending on text clarity and QC complexity.
7. We allow only 1 possible error per 10 pages, depending on document quality.
8. Full payment or agreed advance must be made before project initiation.
9. Before accepting the full project, we will provide a paid demo of at least 10 pages and inform whether we can proceed based on clarity and complexity.
10. We deliver large projects in parts — usually after every 500 pages.
11. Please provide realistic deadlines. QC requires time; urgent 1–2 day requests are generally not accepted.
